Service description
This service tracks WhatsApp conversations that originate from TikTok advertisements and reports them as conversion events to the TikTok Events API. Access is restricted to the account administrator.
Acceptable use
You may only use this service to track conversations for WhatsApp Business accounts and TikTok ad accounts you own or have permission to manage. You may not use the service to collect data from users without a legitimate advertising relationship, or in any way that violates Meta's or TikTok's platform policies.
Data responsibility
You are responsible for ensuring your ad campaigns, privacy notices, and data handling practices comply with applicable laws and platform terms. We act only as a processor of the webhook data needed to perform attribution.
Limitations
The service is provided as-is. We do not guarantee 100% attribution accuracy, uptime, or that every conversation will be successfully reported to TikTok. Conversion reporting depends on Meta and TikTok API availability and the correct configuration of your accounts.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms or suspend access to the service at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
